Q: Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to your new credit allocation. When downgrading, your new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Q: What happens to unused credits?

Unused credits roll over to the next month as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel, you'll keep access to your remaining credits until the end of your billing period.

Q: Is there a free trial?

Yes. New customers receive 10 trial credits at signup, plus 25 bonus credits in the first paid month. This gives you around 35 image transformations to test AIXpose on your own listings before committing long term.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as SEPA direct debit for European customers. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
